We had an amazing stay at this family-run hotel. The recently refurbished family room was of high quality with comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space, and a relaxing bath after a day of skiing. The location was excellent, with easy ski-in ski-out access. The hotel's continental breakfast was great, with a variety of options including ham, cheese, yogurts, eggs, and fresh bread. The bar next door provided a fun apres ski experience, and the hotel's spa in the basement with jacuzzi and steam was a great way to unwind. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel was conveniently situated near the ski lifts, which made our daily treks very easy. We enjoyed the variety of delicious dishes served at breakfast and dinner, especially the hot chocolate. the spa facilities were relaxing and clean.

Our Xmas stay was very disappointing. The room was much smaller than expected and the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hotel is putting their prices up unnecessarily; you can't make tea or coffee in your room, old and used bed sheets, no glass cups in the room, and spa services are poorly organized.
